Hapag Lloyd API services are experiencing issues preventing us from retreiving shipment information for associated Vizion references. All new references will still be created and processed once Hapag Lloyd’s services have come back online. We will continue to monitor HLCU’s API status and update this incident as soon as possible.
Update - 03/20/2023
Hapag Lloyd’s systems have restored connectivity and all HLCU references are being processed as normally expected. We will continue to monitor the status of this API and reopen the incident if anything changes.
