ZIM references are experiencing latency issues due to degraded carrier connectivity. We are actively working to restore this carrier connection to expected levels and will provide updates as they are available. Any ZIM reference subscriptions created during this time will be successfully created but may encounter longer than expected times to receive data via API or webhook.

We are currently experiencing connectivity issues for a portion of Hapag Lloyd tracking subscriptions. We are investigating the cause and will provide an update with the latest status of this issue as soon as possible.
Update Connectivity to Hapag Lloyd services has resumed and data is being returned at expected levels. We will continue to monitor this for any further changes.

OOCL connectivity is currently disrupted and updates are currently being sent at a slower than expected rate. We are actively working to investigate and resolve this issue and will update this status as soon as more information is available or connectivity is restored.
Update Connectivity has been restored and reference updates for OOCL payloads are now being delivered at normal rates.

New reference subscriptions for affected lines may still be created, however receiving updates may be delayed.
