Yang Ming API Outage

Yang Ming is currently experiencing issues with their API, affecting Vizion’s ability to get statuses for references. During this time, we are unable to generate new statuses for YMLU references.

All Yang Ming references created during this time will be processed and once their backend is back online updates will resume accordingly.

The container tracking API is experiencing degraded carrier connectivity with the following lines:

  • ZIM
  • OOCL

New reference subscriptions for affected lines may still be created, however receiving updates may be delayed.

We are actively working to improve connectivity and will provide updates on this issue and resolution progress as they are available.

Production references are currently experiencing slower than usual times to receive updates due to a technical issue in our job queue system. All references will continue to be registered and updates will be processed/available at a normal rate as soon as the issue is resolved.

Our engineering team is currently working to fix this problem and pushing updates rapidly. We will update this status shortly with more information as progress is made.

Update: Job queue issues have been fixed and update latency has returned to a normal rate. All references are now being processed for updates as expected in the production.

CMA Coverage Disruption

Status updates for CMA references are temporarily disabled. You may continue to register CMA references and they will be processed as soon as coverage is restored.

We will provide another update on timeline shortly but expect to resolve all issues within the next 24 to 48 hours.

Update: CMA connectivity has been restored and customers should begin receiving updates for any subscriptions created during the outage on all environments.
